These terms govern your use of bifiresearch.com and anything you buy from us. By using the site or purchasing a report, you accept them.

BIFI Research is an independent research and intelligence platform. We can be reached at info@bifiresearch.com.

What we publish

The analysis on this site is published for information. It is general in nature, is not tailored to your circumstances, and is not investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell anything. Please also read our research disclaimer.

Buying a report

Prices are shown on each opportunity page and are charged in the currency displayed at checkout.
Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Your report is delivered by email as soon as payment clears. Keep the delivery email — the link stays valid.
If a report does not arrive, write to info@bifiresearch.com and we will resend it.

Refunds

Reports are digital and delivered immediately, so purchases are final once the file has been sent. If the file is faulty, incomplete, or you were charged twice, contact us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you.

How you may use a report

A purchase gives one named buyer the right to read and use the report internally. You may not resell it, republish it, post it publicly, or share it outside your organisation. Short quotations are fine if you credit BIFI Research and link back to the page.

Our liability

We take care over our work but we do not guarantee that any analysis is complete or free of error, and markets change. Investment decisions are yours. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for investment losses, lost profits, or indirect losses arising from use of this site or our reports. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform develops. The version on this page is the one that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the UAE have exclusive jurisdiction.
